With vineyards facing east and above the fog line, the grapes catch the morning sun but avoid the afternoon heat, ensuring the berries ripen evenly. Taken from the magical 2016 vintage, this wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is everything you look for in a Cali Cab: big, bold, juicy, velvety, smooth and ever-so delicious.
